Overview
The Case Management Dashboard is a site on which cases, queues and permissions can be monitored. This article gives a short overview of the dashboard.
On the home page you can view four lists that show the number of cases for a certain grouping. The lists are retrieved when opening the home page. To update the list with current data, you can click on the Refresh button of a specific list.

| Cases Per Lifecycle | This gives a list of all cases for each lifecycle together with the average creation time of a case for that lifecycle |
| Cases Per Lifecycle State | Here the number of cases are listed for each different lifecycle state |
| Cases Per Status | The total number of cases are shown for each status (Initialized, Error, Completed,...) |
| Cases In Queue | This list shows the number of cases that are currently pending or processing in a specific queue |
The lists are retrieved when opening the home page. To update the list with current data, you can click on the Refresh button of a specific list.
Every list has a link on the specific lifecycle, state, status or queue and when you click on this link you will be taken to the Lifecycle Details page where all cases are shown filtered on the clicked item.
